Customer Service Advisors required - Segensworth - Permanent position.
V3 is currently working in partnership with a well-established and hugely successful renewable energy company based in Fareham.
Our client are an emerging renewables company with over 4000 customers.

Their mission is to offer the customer good quality products at fair prices, with first-class installation and excellent customer care from the initial enquiry through to post-sales support.

The purpose of this role is to ensure that customer queries are answered promptly and completely. Responsibilities will include answering ad hoc questions from customers and assisting and advising customers via telephone and e mail with the highest degree ofcourtesy and professionalism, offer alternative solutions and many more

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor and this will suit someone who can cope in a fast-paced environment, loves assisting customers and is driven to provide a good level of service.
