We are seeking a highly skilled Options and Structured Rates Trader to join our dynamic trading team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and trading options portfolios and developing structured rates products to maximize returns and manage risk effectively.

This role demands a deep understanding of options trading, interest rate markets, and complex financial instruments.


Responsibilities:
Develop and execute trading strategies for options and structured rates products.
Analyze market data and economic events to forecast market trends and potential opportunities.
Manage risk through rigorous quantitative analysis and real-time portfolio monitoring.
Collaborate with quantitative researchers and technologists to improve trading algorithms and tools.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to report performance and explain trading strategies.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in options trading or structured products, preferably in a bank or financial institution.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and risk management.

Experience with trading platforms and tools, as well as programming skills (Python, C++, or similar).Excellent decision-making abilities under pressure and strong attention to detail.

Proven track record of developing innovative trading strategies and delivering results.
