- Capable of resolving D365 Support cases, conducting root cause analysis, and creating detailed customer documents outlining the issue resolution process.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of D365 CE application and assess how it aligns with customer's business processes.
- Responsible for documenting business requirements, detailing solution actions, implementations, and expected outcomes.
- Efficiently manage case load and assist in handling escalation cases.
- If customizations are needed, guide customers in decision-making and create functional design documents.
- Design, configure, and create Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform solutions with a 'low code, no code' approach.
- Hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM focusing on Sales, Marketing, Service, Case management, and custom ISV/xRM solutions.
- Expertise in Entity Design, Entity Relationship modeling, Form Design, Business Process Flows, Workflows, Dashboards, Reporting, and Security model.
- Proficiency in custom field types, JavaScript, and extending solutions using complementary Office 365 / Power Platform technologies.
- Understanding of DevOps practices for Dynamics 365 CE development.

Salary Range: £45,000 - £50,000 per year
We are looking for a D365 Senior Support Analyst to join our team in Birmingham. You will collaborate with the support team to ensure customers receive excellent service, working independently when needed and assisting with case escalations. Your role will be crucial in providing support for D365 and Power Platform solutions, handling various tasks such as triaging cases, resolving issues, managing escalations, and overseeing environment/release management.
