Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real impact primary student education? Tradewind Recruitment are currently seeking an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic team at a primary school in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities:
As SEN Teaching Assistant your primary responsibilities will include:
Individual Support:
Offer one-to-one assistance for students who require additional help.
Behaviour Management:
Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assessment and Reporting:
Assist in the assessment of students' progress and contribute to written reports.
Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the teaching team, parents, and external professionals to support the overall development of students
Qualifications and Experience:
SEN Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent experience.
Previous experience working as a teaching assistant in a primary school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for education and the well-being of students.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, with the working hours from 8:30 am to 3.30pm.
Location:
The position is based in Sheffield, providing a convenient and accessible location for both residents and commuters.
