    Job Description Marketing Manager
    Monday – Friday Full time, 36.5 hours (Monday to Thursday 8.Location – Office based in Knypersley, ST8 7BD

    We require a Marketing Manager to lead and develop our Marketing team. Working in a friendly and supportive office environment, you'll help us achieve our strategic goals for growth.

    You'll work closely with our Business Development Manager, Buyer and Product Development team to ensure the right message is generated and delivered across all platforms and our brand identity maintained.

    You'll lead the discussion in developing and implementing our company wide Marketing Strategy. How Digital (including SEO) and Conventional Marketing are going to drive our company's growth.

    As our Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services across the UK market for the CVM World Group of companies.

    You will be responsible for leading and developing our team of marketing professionals, managing campaigns, building partnerships, and analysing market trends to maximise our market presence and achieve growth objectives.

    This is a hands-on role that requires a creative and analytical individual with an understanding of engaging with Education, Civils, Blue Light and Charity organisations.

    Automotive experience would be beneficial, but thorough product knowledge will be given to help you be successful in your role.

    As our Marketing Manager, you'll be leading the way in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns tailored for our target market sectors and in line with our growth strategy.

    Including Fleet, Rentals, Education, Blue Light, Care, CTA and Charity sectors.

    An early challenge will be to manage the migration of a PHP led site to a CMS (WordPress) based website.


    • Create strategies to translate into amazing, engaging content that's right for the audience and platform
    • Be a creative writer of web content, blogs, marketing materials, and sales collateral
    • Contribute towards and help deliver our SEO Strategy
    • Work with the marketing team and third parties to maximise impact of videography and photography
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
    • Conduct market research, analyse insights, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
    • Drive brand awareness and positioning through the creation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, events, PR, and advertising
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development and sales teams, to align marketing initiatives with business goals and ensure there is a consistent brand message
    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, sales data, and marketing metrics for the Senior Management Team to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify innovative marketing opportunities and stay ahead of our competitors
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data privacy policies, and industry best practices in all marketing activities.
    Excellent writing skills

    • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role and/or a relevant Marketing degree or equivalent
    • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing
    • Excellent understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and integrated marketing communications
    • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and implementation
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and market research to make data-driven decisions
    • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools
