We have the exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced and quickly expanding company as a Marketing Executive based in Bicester, Oxfordshire.


Job Purpose:


The Marketing and Communications Executives primary function is to support the marketing, communication and PR strategy that focuses on strengthening the business, both internally and externally.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Oversee all external facing communications materials including advertising, websites and brochures etc.
  • Plan and manage social media content using Hootsuite
  • Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
  • Design and distribute monthly & quarterly customer report (Market Report)
  • Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or on the radio
  • Managing the production of Communication & Marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e
- newsletters

  • Writing and proofreading copy
  • Liaising with designers and printers
  • Attending occasional internal catering events and/or client tastings to capture content
  • Support TMP partners with various marketing initiatives to align messaging and goals
  • Conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
  • Support internal teams to drive crossfunctional or crosschannel marketing efforts to meet the company growth objectives
  • Contributing to, and supporting the development of communication & marketing plans and strategies
  • Review and recommend updates to website/social media channels in conjunction with clients and other departments
  • Monitoring competitor activity and report on findings to help develop future plans and activity
  • Supporting the Brand & Culture Manager and Head of Marketing and other colleagues

Skills & Experience:


  • At least 1year experience within a Marketing environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator)
  • Customer focused and solutions driven
  • Professional and courteous manner to all contacts (internal and external)
  • Understanding and ability to work with confidential information

Key internal & external relationships:


The jobholder will be required to work closely and courteously with colleagues from all internal departments of the company, visitors, clients, the management team, and suppliers to support the role.
