    Description
    International Blue Chip Private Equity portfolio company 2-4 PQE Legal Counsel

    Corporate/Litigation/Regulatory experience

    The successful candidate will work closely with UK & Ireland Legal Director to support on a variety of legal matters across the business as well as helping to implement strategic legal and compliance projects with a focus on consumers.

    Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts
    Work with colleagues to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements including managing any regulatory investigations
    Assist on contractual disputes and manage litigation cases
    Support the development and ongoing review of processes including training the wider business and templates
    Ad-hoc support to the wider legal team

    Strong knowledge of UK commercial and contractual law
    You are someone who cares about making a positive impact on a daily basis and you come with a can do attitude and creative mindset

    This opportunity a hybrid role with 2-3 days in office
