    Product Marketing Manager

    Founded in 2016, my client are a platform uniquely designed to enhance operating room experiences globally by seamlessly combining telepresence, content management, and data insights. They are focused on centralising the data from the OR, making it safely accessible, and digitally connected.

    How do they do this?

    • Enabling live collaboration with peers or students remotely. Sharing the operating room experience without boundaries; with four views, privacy features, annotation, and chat.
    • Ability to record, store, and share surgical content safely in a Netflix like library of procedures.
    • Ability to assess and improve operating room productivity. Real-time insights empower better decision-making.

    Position Overview

    Drive the product marketing strategy for the platform with a focus on SDK (software development kit)/API offerings, and data service solutions. You need to be advocating for the end customer, managing complex projects and influencing product roadmaps and building, launching, and scaling technical products.

    This role is ideal for someone in a SaaS / enterprise sized company looking to make the transition into a smaller, start-up environment where they will see their individual impact.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop product positioning, messaging, and pricing for hardware, data, and API solutions, considering value proposition, target audience, and wider market implications
    • Influence product and commercial strategy through relevant insights and product acumen, driving alignment across teams
    • Develop the overarching launch strategy, including rollout sequencing, creative asset development, and communication goals to best drive awareness and adoption
    • Oversee execution of go-to-market plans by collaborating with cross-functional teams
    • Build strong relationships with product and business partners to influence and align on objectives and plans, delivering compelling value for their customers
    • Organize and manage operations for multiple work streams, deadlines, and meetings for cross-functional teams to drive execution

    Requirements

    • Experience product marketing experience launching and growing technical products; ideally featuring software development kits (SDK's)
    • Experience working with software/health/hospital systems and MedTech device companies is a plus, not a requirement
    • Product marketing experience working with global and regional teams
    • Proficiency in managing communication with internal and external audiences
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams
