An exciting opportunity for a Project Management Director to join this leading project consultancy and play a key role in their ongoing expansion.

You will join a highly regarded PM team with sound financial backing and a strong presence with investors and occupiers in the commercial and residential sectors.

This role is more than just project managing projects; You'll be an integral member of their leadership team, driving market strategies, nurturing client relationships, and inspiring more junior team members.

This is a key appointment for the business, as such, a Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) will be agreed.

You will ideally be a chartered project management professional with over 10 years' experience in consultancy including experience in a leadership capacity.

Experience delivering private sector commercial and/or residential projects is essential.

Over 10 years' project management experience within a consultancy or client
Experience leading projects under JCT contract
Strong commercial acumen
