Knowledge/Skills- Full working knowledge of relevant policies/codes of practice.

- Understanding of principles of child development and learning processes.

You will need a good general standard of education including GCSE English and Maths to Grade C and NVQ Level 3 minimum (Level 4 is desirable).
Experience of working in a school setting is essential with experience of working to support children's learning gained in a relevant environment or setting, have a proven track record of improving outcomes for young people.
