**HNW Mortgage Broker - Midlands
**Our client is a market leading prestigious brand that needs little introduction, they deliver a meticulous approach and a premium service for which they are renowned throughout the world, helping finance private or commercial property transactions.


The established Property Finance team specialise in large mortgages for main or second homes, Investment, Buy-to-let mortgages, Specialist Insurances, Commercial Finance, Private Office, Agricultural Finance, Equity Release, and International Mortgages.


Due to on-going successes and with exciting growth plans in 2023, They are looking to expand their financial services team with an experienced Mortgage Adviser that has good working knowledge of the Property and financial services market across the Midlands.


Being a Mortgage Adviser will give you exposure to HNW & UHNW clients requiring mortgages or more complex financing solutions on Prime UK and International properties.

As industry leaders in the large loan market, the team have forged valuable relationshipswith numerous private banks to enable them to provide the most tailored financing solutions to their clients.


Key Requirements:
At least 3 years+ experience as a Mortgage Adviser within a Brokerage or independent experience (Estate Agency Financial Services experience would be a bonus)

A demonstratable track record of banking £150k per annum*A solid track record of dealing with HNW clientele

Ability to communicate with others in a professional and helpful manner both face to face and on the telephone

Good standard of English grammar and takes pride in presentation of work.

Dedication, loyalty, diligence, and efficiency.

Well-presented and Punctual with a tidy manner.


Package:
Basic salary to £36k

£70k+ OTE

23 days holiday - after 2 years increases each year to max 25 days (Plus Bank Holidays)
