    Description
    Our client is a highly successful property finance lender based in London.

    You will be responsible for processing Bridging Finance and BTL applications post offer through to completion, ensuring all conditions are satisfied and risk exposure is adhered to, working closely with various departments, including legal.

    Experienced in the end to end mortgage process and in particular the legal process
    Experience of Credit Search, Land Registry and fraud avoidance tools
    Proficiency in dealing with Solicitors and Intermediaries (Mortgage Brokers / Finance Brokers).
    Up to £35k Basic + Bonus + Benefits (Dependent on experience)
