    What you will do:

    You will help support a best-in-class membership pricing program and have a tangible impact on the business as a critical player in driving performance. This role requires a strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and pricing strategies.

    Key responsibilities:

    60% Promotional Planning and Operations:

  • Planning: Support the team in establishing and maintaining monthly offer calendars to meet the goals of marketing, finance, and other stakeholders. Help own the team's daily reporting to understand and impact how various tactics can help meet key KPIs and business goals.
  • Global Execution: Own day-to-day promotional campaign setup process from brief creation to ticket submission to QA and launch including, but not limited to DE/NL/CH. You are a self-starter and pride yourself on your attention to detail and problem-solving.
  • Ideation and Optimization: Help drive change by ideating new performance-driving tactics, including segmentation. Play an active role in preparing A/B tests.
  • 40% Analytics, and Competitive Research:

  • Promotional Analysis: Work with the data and finance teams to extract actionable insights and interpret complex data sets to provide recommendations for strategic decision-making. Focus will be on cross-functional projections, planning as well as deep dives into market performance when/as needed. Maintain daily KPI data tracker for all markets and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Competitive intelligence: Conduct market research to assess industry trends, competitive pricing landscape, and customer preferences. Monitor competitor pricing strategies and promotional activities to identify opportunities and threats. Provide competitive insights to inform decision-making on pricing and promotional tactics.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with team and cross-functional team members in finance, data, site marketing, product, and more to help meet overall growth targets.
  • Who you are:

  • 2-3 years of experience on a team with multiple stakeholders; performance marketing or finance experience preferred
  • Proficiency in analytical and data visualization tools; Advanced google sheets skills for data manipulation and analysis. Ability to story tell verbally and visually in Google Slides
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, strong organization skills, and creative problem-solving
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in and passion for a fast-paced, pivoting environment
  • Availability for at least 50% of Eastern Standard Time hours (many cross-functional partners and team members are EST and PST)
  • Familiarity with Looker, Google Analytics, Google sheets and other data entry platforms, Content Management Systems, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Suite, Google Analytics a plus.
  • Second language proficiency not required, but a strong asset e.g. German.
