    The Business Support department comprises of several functional leads that enable Squarcle to operate efficiently, safely and in accordance with all relevant legislative, regulatory and internal requirements.

    This includes specific responsibility for the maintenance of an engagement delivery schedule that can be used to drive the performance of the business by providing a structured approach to quality and risk management in the delivery consultancy tasks in accordance with the Squarcle engagement delivery policies.

    This will require the Engagement Scheduler to work extensively with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), HoC, capability leads, business development (BD) and human resource (HR) teams.

    In executing the role, the Engagement Scheduler will have responsibility for the management and administration of the Squarcle professional service application (PSA) and for the exploitation of data within it to business insight, such as trends in utilisation and the forecasting resource requirements.

    Working with the BD team and Engagement Directors and/or Managers, support the input opportunities and engagements on the PSA.

    Working with the Engagement Managers, assist with the planning of deliverable quality assurance and risk management activities.

    Working with the COO, HoC and engagement delivery leadership teams, identify and document risks and issues across the engagement delivery schedule, with specific focus on engagement deadlines and milestones.

    Working with the COO, HoC and Engagement Directors, exploit the data within the PSA to identify engagement performance against engagement profitability (EP) targets.

    Work with the HoC, capability leads and BD team to forecast competency requirements.
    Work with HoC, capability leads and HR to prioritise recruitment against the BD pipeline of opportunities.
    Provide insight into workforce utilisation and productivity against client engagements, capability development and other internal projects.
    Facilitate engagement delivery reporting meetings (risk, deliverable assurance and resource meetings).
    Facilitate internal meetings to capture progress, highlight risks and review scope changes.
    Perform various general administrative duties (such as file creation and maintenance of ongoing administrative projects).
    Excellent understanding and experience of MS Excel and Word.
    Good analytical and planning skills.
    Experience of MS Power BI.
    Experience supporting Directors and Senior Stakeholders.
    Experience of project management tools and methods.
    Experience of risk management.
    High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with increasingly diverse clients and teams.
