    Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established global, organisation based in Birmingham. This role would suit an individual with previous experience working within the professional market. This role will require the successful candidate to speak German . This opportunity is a 12-month contract.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • managing a high volume of phone calls. Place, receive, screen and route calls as needed
    • detailed and accurate messages
    • meetings and conference calls
    • travel including flights, visa applications, car transfers, hotel reservations, cash advances and preparing itineraries
    • travel and entertainment expense reports timely and accurately; ensuring compliance with expense guidelines
    • with colleagues in a professional and effective manner
    • a team-oriented environment providing support and sharing responsibility with other members of the phone group

    Skills and experience

    • German and English speaking
    • communication skills in person, on the phone and by email
    • attention to detail and strong technical skills
    • judgment, independent thinker and resourceful
    • to work well under pressure, prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
    • knowledge of general business and corporate cultures, team player
    • proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
