This is a fantastic chance for an organised and commercially focused Account Manger to join a well-respected 17 year old agency in a lovely South Oxfordshire location.

After a tricky time during Covid they're well on the up and firing on all cylinders. They've got a role for an Account Manager to come and work on a couple of their high-profile clients.

As an integrated agency they work on a range of marketing campaigns for technology focused clients, ranging from web/app development, events, paid media, social media, incentives, branding and creative content production.

You'd be tasked with forging relationships with clients and building trust, scoping out areas to grow the account, managing projects from conception to completion and, when required, offering support on accounts outside of your immediate remit.

Due to the size of their team, you'd have great exposure to a wide range of marketing material and the genuine chance to further your career whilst working in an excellent agency environment

Based in South Oxfordshire they've got lovely offices on a business park that has a gym, a creche and ample parking. They offer private healthcare, 25 days' holiday (plus Xmas shutdown), 5% commission on any new business brought in and a quarterly bonus based on company targets which could amount to an extra £4k a year. They work in a hybrid fashion and would like people in the office for a minimum of 2 days a week.
