Client Services Executive / Account Manager

Full time permanent role - office based

Mon-Fri office hours

Burgess Hill. 15/20 minute walk from the nearest station and plenty of free parking on-site

Salary. £25000-£27500 per annum plus very good company benefits and ad-hoc bonuses

We are delighted to assisting our highly established and very highly regarded Burgess Hill client as they seek to recruit a full time Client Services Executive to join their friendly teams.

The role is available due to strong business growth levels.

The role:

Main tasks and responsibilities:

To manage client jobs including producing paperwork and any other required admin related to them.

This will include the production of various documentation and the use of a number of online portals on a daily basis.

To liaise internally with the production, data, print and warehouse teams to ensure jobs are scheduled, processed and invoiced both accurately and to schedule.

To work on commercial aspects related to client jobs including supplying pricing to clients and producing invoicing paperwork for the accounts team to process.

To identify opportunities to increase client sales

To work in a pro-active and positive manner

Competencies / skills and experience required:
Proactive and practically oriented

Excellent communication skills

A calm and professional approach when dealing with all client situations

Self-motivated, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Good computer skills - particularly Excel
