- Lead the development of data architectures, data models, and data management processes that support the company's data strategy
- Manage the data lifecycle, including data ingestion, transformation, storage, and retrieval
- Continuous development of Reporting & BI capabilities that support business colleagues to optimise their understanding of their business performance in real-time, and therefore to deliver excellent customer and broker outcomes as a result
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to leverage Azure & Power BI to drive value from dashboards, reports and analytics
- Expertise in data strategy, data governance, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of data management, data governance, and data architecture principles
- Experience with data governance frameworks and tools (e.g., DAMA, Collibra)
- Experience working with other data technologies, including data warehousing, data integration, and data visualisation tools such as Power BI
- Expertise as in leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization
