About the roleYou'll play a key position overseeing legal affairs relating to their property portfolio.

Reporting directly to the Group Head of Legal- Real Estate, you'll collaborate closely with senior executives across the organisation, including the Group Head of Acquisitions.

ResponsibilitiesWorking on contentious and non-contentious real estate mattersVariety of property acquisitions (freehold, corporate, and new leases)Site disposals and leasebacksManaging leases and renewals per the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954Property disputesReview of JCT contracts and collateral warrantiesDealing with property acquired as part of a business purchase from administrators (experience of administrations advantageous)Assist in managing external counselQualificationsQualified Solicitor (NQ-4PQE)Must have Commercial Property experience, including Landlord and TenantCommercial awarenessDesire to work in a fast-paced and challenging environmentCandidates who meet some requirements are strongly encouraged to apply.
