Description
We are looking for a Supervisor who will have the responsibility for overseeing key NYAS Helpline services.You will ensure a first-class response is provided to every contact made.
Responsibilities will include evaluating team and individual performance, monitoring all helpline activity and being readily available to provide support to team members as well as assisting management with any helpline-based enquiries.
