    The Senior IT Analyst - Sales & Marketing role is a critical role in RWC's EMEA Regional IT team. This position supports EMEA's core customer facing business processes, manages interactions between RWC and its various direct and indirect business partners including system consultants, third party vendors and employees. This role is part technical project manager and part Salesforce analyst. The Senior IT Analyst is required to understand the needs of all our stakeholders and translate this into functionally rich changes to our platforms. This position will be required to carry out business analysis and requirements gathering, design and manage effective Sales and Marketing Solution changes within the governance remit, understand impact analysis and data structure implications.

    You will be responsible for:

  • Effectively communicate by collaborating with business units to gain support and gather business requirements
  • Implement changes, including system configuration, development, design and analysis of enhancements and new requirements, front-end changes, training and roll out to business users
  • Document system configuration, application enhancements, processes, policies, and procedures
  • Provide application users with technical support, utilizing Service Desk Management software for tracking identified system problems from inception through resolution
  • Development of user training and guidance materials, and delivery of training to new and existing users
  • Keep up to date with releases, evaluate impact of new features and functionality, identify opportunities, and prepare for roll out and adoption of new releases
  • Maintain the security model in accordance with RWC policy and ensure user data security compliance
  • Regularly audit data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvements
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve user experiences and increase efficiencies
  • Oversee training and manage work assignments of any assigned super user across EMEA business
  • Create actionable documentation based on gathered business requirements.
  • Assist with scoping and planning of various CRM related projects and initiatives.
  • Stay innovative by incorporating new features into existing and new modules.
  • Create documentation, including training documentation and release notes.
  • Provide critical on-call support.
  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
  • Experience:

  • Experience with and in manufacturing organisations utilising to drive value to customer facing teams.
  • Experience in creating objects, validation rules, fields, workflows, approval processes, record types, escalation rules, assignment rules, email services, data migration activities, custom page layouts, custom fields and other standard functionality is preferred but not required
  • Extensive experience in creating roles, profiles, email services, page layouts, workflow alerts, approval processes, contacts, leads, opportunities and dashboards
