A bit about the role...
Working in a team with Stuart Dawkins our Head of Development Finance and Jon Tuck, Senior Transaction Manager, the Loans Analyst will play a critical role in working with SME developers to deliver much needed housing to the market via our debt fund:
TheLevelling Up Home Building Fund.

You will be joining our highly skilled and experienced team, who are committed to making positive change in how we improve the quality of housing delivery.


Stuart believes in working in a collaborative and flexible way to foster good decision making and problem solving within their team.


This is a rare chance to shape the future of housing delivery in a fast growing, national organisation with real social purpose.

Working with key stakeholders and a professional development finance team you will have the opportunity to help create a moresustainable residential development market through supporting local SME businesses deliver a higher quality product.

The role will support the delivery of key strategic projects around the South West of England.

There are some creative and ambitious projects to get involved with and this is an excellent opportunity to balance day to day delivery whilst bringing innovativesolutions to the Investments offering.


A bit about you Whilst our day job is to deliver first class customer service to our stakeholders on The Levelling Up Home Building Fund, you will be used to "spinning several plates" at once and will always be looking for ways to improve and innovate.

Delivering on a mission as bold as ours isn't always easy.

You will be resilient and comfortable managing stakeholders at a senior level and your discussions will always be shaped by a good understanding of the commercial and operational impact of what wedo as a development finance team.

You will enjoy working in an innovative, fun and engaging way and be able to negotiate and persuade.
