    Job Description:

    Engenda Group is currently seeking a talented and experienced Primavera P6 proficient Project Planner to join our team. As a Project Planner, you will play a vital role in overseeing project performance, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. You will utilize your expertise in project controls methodologies and tools to support project teams and stakeholders in achieving project success.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Collaborate with the engineering team to create comprehensive and realistic project plans, considering all aspects of the project.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain detailed schedules using Primavera P6, optimising resource allocation and ensuring adherence to project timelines.
  • Progress Tracking: Implement robust progress tracking mechanisms to monitor the project's performance and promptly address any deviations from the plan.
  • Reporting: Prepare clear and concise project reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators, milestones achieved, and potential risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance project planning and execution efficiency.
  • Critical Path Analysis: Conduct critical path analysis to identify the most time-sensitive activities, providing insights to the project team for better decision-making.
  • Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 is a must, with a track record of successfully planning and managing complex engineering projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt swiftly to changing project requirements and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
