Description

My internal Client is looking for a Reprographics/Postroom Operator to join their Team. The role will include working onsite at one of the Clients large accounts in the Kenilworth area.

The core hours are Mon-Fri 08:00-16:30

Repro Function

A good knowledge of digital print and finishing platforms
To meet customer expectations in terms of timing, quality and any specific instructions regarding the customer's printing requirements.
To be able to operate a variety of analogue, digital and scanning machinery
Management of customer expectations in terms of quality and delivery. Reporting back of any changes in the customer organisation or policy.
Ensuring customer service to the highest level

Post Room Function

Operation of a designated range of Post Room machines to fulfil customer requests. (Mail Mark etc)
Process inbound and outbound collateral, domestic and international, using courier and/or Royal Mail platforms
Make internal collections and deliveries within time frames as agreed with customer and line manager and as necessary to meet customer expectation.
Mail collection and delivery local sites (nr Coventry)
Localised mail sort
