    You will play a crucial role in shaping the educational landscape of our community. We welcome experienced Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants (SEN) and even Graduates wanting to kick start their career in Education Specialising in all ages and needs ready to support in a Mainstream or SEN school/division to promote academic growth and personal development.     Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting either on a basis of 1:1, small groups or as a general classroom Teaching Assistant to meet educational goals, tailored to your specific level of expertise.
  • Able to support and assist the teacher when required.
  • Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and growth among students.
  • Commitment to meeting the needs and requirements of all students.
  • Cultivate a classroom culture that values diversity, respect, and mutual support, tailored to your students' age and understanding.
  • Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level - in any field/subject.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for Education and a strong dedication to our community's educational success.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adapted to the age group you support.
  • Ability to adapt different methods to address the diverse learning needs of students.
  • Commitment to fostering a welcoming and inclusive classroom environment, tailored to the age and development stage of your students.
  • Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and actively engage in continuous professional development.
