    Clinical Responsibilities

  • To act as a clinically focused Senior Staff Nurse within Inpatient Wards providing support/advice; linking with Matrons and community specialist nurses and pathways.
  • To act in a consultative role for junior staff, supporting the upskilling of staff knowledge and skills.
