We're looking for a HR Administrator / People and Culture Administrator to join us and provide administrative support across our People Operations and Talent Acquisition activities.

**What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of all administration activities for the wider tea, along with but not limited to the following:

  • Taking ownership of the onboarding of new starters, processing all internal movers and supporting with offboarding of leavers as required
  • Update employee records efficiently and accurately and ensure compliance with all confidentiality and data retention requirements
  • Responsible for data accuracy and adhoc reporting through HR systems
  • Act as a primary point of contact for the People and Culture team, organising and managing the People Team mailbox escalating items where required
  • Support the regular PDR process
  • Monitoring the Recruitment mailbox, escalating to the team as necessary
  • Involvement and support with recruitment activities, to include but not limited to collation of recruitment documents, posting of vacancies and coordinating with hiring managers and Talent Partner to schedule interviews and collate feedback
