Sales Manager/Head of Sales – Electrical Products/SystemsThe Client:
A global manufacturer with huge presence in the UK and a market leading range of Energy products and systems for residential, commercial and industrial applications.
They retain staff extremely well due to the culture and environment they create and because of the progression and incentives on offer to all staff.
They are well respected with a proven design pedigree and a large R&D team globally. This role will provide you with a structured career path to Sales Director within a few years.The Role:
Initially, you will hold responsibility for some very large strategic accounts.
You will operate at senior stakeholder level within these accounts where you will be expected to grow wallet share within each account.
As you prove your worth, you will then have the opportunity lead and develop a sales team, who will target small to medium sized accounts within the same sector.
This is a realistic opportunity to grow your career to Sales Director level with a major manufacturer.The Person:
It's likely that you are a proven strategic sales person from the electrical industry who is ambitious and career-minded.
The Rewards:
A basic salary of £60 – 80,000 is on offer with a full benefits package including Company Car, Private Healthcare and Pension.
