    Overall objective and scope:

    Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-end kitchen sinks and accessories is seeking a professional and committed, technical services representative to support their customer service offering throughout their UK operations. The key objectives of the role are to Responsibilities will also include welcoming/assisting visitors to the Business Experience Centre on site.

    Key Duties and responsibilities:

    • Providing effective customer service and support to the company's external and internal customers over the telephone or via email. This may involve 3 ways conversations with both the customer, end consumer and customer service advisor.
    • Deal with incoming customer and consumer enquiries for predominantly spare parts.
    • Placing customer orders on the SAP system.
    • Booking of service repairs and liaising with engineers.
    • Preparing quotations and pro-forma invoices.
    • Handling invoice/collection queries.
    • Complaint handling and conflict resolution.
    • Advising customers of any order delays.
    • Liaising with other internal departments involved in the customer service process.
    • Welcoming/assisting visitors to the Business Experience Centre on site.

    Key Skills:

    • Minimum 2 years customer service experience, with retail (customer facing) experience.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
    • A knowledge of using exploded diagrams of finished products along with the respective Bill of Material would be advantageous.
    • Numerate.
    • Previous experience using SAP is desirable.

    Specific Training Requirements:

    The ideal candidate will be qualified to A level standard (minimum). SAP experience desirable (or other similar system)
