- Working knowledge of the Mental Health Act (1983/2007).

- Have an excellent understanding of - and experience of working with patients who have suffered trauma - demonstrating trauma informed care.

- Experience of working with patients who may be confused or present with challenging behaviour
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic approach to the provision of high-quality care and safe care delivery
- Excellent record keeping skills
- Acts as an advocate for vulnerable people and staff where necessary

Successful applicants will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high quality patient care.
