    Description
    Progeny is currently in an exciting phase of growth and succession, which has in turn led to investment in the Management Board and the creation of a new Executive Assistant opportunity. As an Executive Assistant, you will ensure smooth and efficient administrative support.

    You will provide vital strategic support, developing knowledge of the processes and objectives of the business area so the team can rely on your judgment and ability to manage priorities. As a proactive individual with proven experience in executive support, you will enjoy the challenge of managing priorities, and fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders both externally and internally.

    Acting with integrity and discretion at all times, you will ensure the function is meeting deadlines, achieving strategic goals, and reaching key milestones to support Progeny's wider purpose.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Providing a consistently high standard of administrative support, ensuring a high level of confidentiality when dealing with all information/requests.
    • Diary management including scheduling meetings, 1-2-1s, and reviews.
    • Managing email inbox and telephone correspondence effectively, constructing/delivering correspondence and messages.
    • Preparing for a range of meetings and schedules, proactively delivering daily schedule briefings.
    • Preparing meeting itineraries and agendas, as well as coordinating attendees, refreshments, and meeting rooms.
    • Minuting meetings and making notes relating to important information, collating actions, following up on the actions, and keeping logs up to date.
    • Consulting with internal stakeholders and external contacts.

    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    • Previous experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant.
    • High level of confidentiality and integrity.
    • Organised and can effectively coordinate priorities across busy schedules.
    • Ability to build strong relationships across the business, and confidently engage with a range of stakeholders including Senior Management and senior external stakeholders.
    • Highly proactive, taking the initiative without requiring instruction on all aspects of work.
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Clear understanding of business areas, strategies, and priorities.
