    Description

    We offer Full-Time, Part-Time, and Bank contracts within the Inverness team located in the Kinmylies area, delivering support services.

    No prior care experience is necessary as we will invest in your qualifications and provide comprehensive training through our renowned learning & development team before you commence.

    About the Role:

    As a Support Practitioner, your duties may involve:

    • Social Support- Supporting individuals in engaging with their communities through planned outings to activities like day centers, cinema, swimming, etc.
    • Personal Care- Assisting individuals in maintaining their well-being by providing support with personal care such as bathing, dressing, scheduling dentist/doctor visits, and incontinence care.
    • Practical Support- Aiding individuals in sustaining their tenancy by encouraging daily household chores like housework, laundry, cooking, and shopping.

    All successful Support Practitioner candidates will receive a conditional offer, contingent on satisfactory references and PVG checks; having a conviction will not necessarily disqualify you from this sector.
