    As the Senior Supply Chain Controller, you will be the lead on managing service performance for the Waste Supply Chain.

    The Senior Supply Chain Controller must drive consistently high levels of service performance across all suppliers, ensuring supplier pricing is accurate at all times, managing PO exceptions and waste transfer legislation compliance for all suppliers.

    In this role, you will be the first point of escalation into the SC&P team for all waste supplier service issues

    Key Responsibilities

  • Managing ISS UK's key waste suppliers to maintain and exceed agreed levels of supplier service and waste management performance
  • Meeting with key suppliers regularly and on ad hoc basis to ensure suppliers meeting required SLAs
  • Ensure required suppliers report regularly and accurately on agreed SLA's and KPIs
  • Service Performance Escalations - responsible for coordinating service improvements when required
  • Closely supports the Waste Category Manager to ensure SLA's and KPIs achieved in line with agreed company objectives – expected to deputise on some areas
  • Ensures all supplier pricing is always kept up to date and annual pricing reviews implemented within agreed timescales
  • Ensures regular schedule reconciliations are completed for key suppliers to reduce any pricing issues
  • Ensures close alignment with the Operational Service Centre (OSC) waste helpdesk teams to ensure correct processes in place and being followed
  • Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Supply chain and supplier performance management experience within a waste management environment
  • Significant experience working with waste suppliers to improve supplier service
  • Has demonstrable experience of managing supplier pricing processes and managing PO exceptions on ISS UK waste systems
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong data analysis skills to support the SC&P team and waste function
  • Project management skills with a focus on planning, prioritisation, execution
  • Ability to self-organise and prioritise workload effectively
