Description
Our Motorrad dealership in Bristol is looking for an Apprentice Service Advisor to join our team and contribute to the success of the dealership.
Our Service Department provide essential support to our customers when they bring their motorcycles to us for their service, MOT and repair needs.
The Service team work alongside the bookings, workshop and parts departments to ensure that the customer's motorcycle is booked in, worked on, and returned in a timely manner and goes back to the customer in line with our "right first time" standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Communicating and advise customers throughout the aftersales journey to ensure they are kept up to date.
- Use your interpersonal skills to work with your team and other departments to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales.
- Deliver a great experience for our customers while their vehicles are with us for servicing and repairs, to ultimately ensure customer delight and loyalty.
- Proactively manage your workload and keep up to date with all college work.
