    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the culinary team with creativity, precision, and finesse, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of taste, presentation, and innovation.
    • Collaborate closely with our client's esteemed Group Executive Chef, a well-known figure in the culinary world, to execute the culinary vision and maintain the restaurant's exceptional reputation.
    • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, cooking techniques, and quality control, to consistently deliver a world-class dining experience.
    • Inspire and mentor our client's talented kitchen brigade, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
    • Manage kitchen staffing, scheduling, and training to optimize productivity, efficiency, and performance, while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.
    • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards, as well as compliance with all regulatory requirements, to uphold the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
    • Drive innovation and creativity in the kitchen, staying abreast of culinary trends, sourcing the finest ingredients, and pushing the boundaries of modern British cuisine.


    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant, with a minimum of 3 years' recent Michelin experience.
    • Expertise in modern British cuisine and a passion for culinary innovation.
    • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve excellence.
    • Strong organizational and management abilities, with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and quality.
    • Impeccable culinary skills, with a commitment to delivering flawless dishes that delight the senses.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
    • Flexibility to work 5 days on, 2 days off, with 5 working doubles.
