Attention all Estimators/Managers An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented individual to join a well-established bodyshop in Bristol.

This dynamic company is looking for someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and has a proven trackrecord of success in a similar role.

As the Bodyshop Estimator/Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire estimating process and ensuring that all repairs are carried out to the highest standard.

You will work closely with the bodyshop team, insurance companies, and customersto provide accurate quotes, manage repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in the automotive industry and a proven ability to manage a bodyshop.

A technical understanding of vehicle repairs and the ability to read and interpret repair instructions and parts cataloguesis essential. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Duties:

Oversee the entire estimating process and ensure that all repairs are carried out to the highest standard.
Provide accurate quotes for insurance companies and customers, and manage the repair process from start to finish.
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the repair process.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with insurance companies, suppliers, and customers.
Manage and motivate a team of bodyshop technicians to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor and control bodyshop costs, including parts, labour, and sublet.
Stay uptodate with industry developments and advancements in repair techniques.
Carry out regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for bodyshop technicians.
Contribute to the overall success of the bodyshop by implementing costsaving measures and continuously seeking ways to improve processes and procedures.
