- Ensuring that all Facilities services and equipment are delivered efficiently and effectively to all
- Ensuring that the offices comply with Health & Safety and Environmental regulations.
- Supervising and monitoring the team's effectiveness and reporting to the Facilities Manager of any discrepancies or issues
- To maintain records and analysis to aid accounting and billing authorisation for the Facilities Manager, including annual budgeting, and supplier reviews.
- Responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with Directors and employees across the business and any key stakeholders.
- Provide assistance and support to the Facilities Manager.

We are looking for a proactive Facilities Supervisor to join the Facilities Team in our Bristol officeworking with the Facilities team, supporting the wider business. As a law firm, we support our clients by providing a variety of advice, across several different industries. Whilst this role is based in Bristol it's expected that you will be traveling to other offices, as and when required. It's important that you have experience of working in a client focused role, delivering exceptional client service at all times, that you're organised, able to work at pace and deliver to multiple deadlines.
