As a Strategic Account Coordinator, you'll bring experience in managing internal stakeholders, strong administration competency and excellent communication skills. You are passionate on delivering first-class customer service and have the ability to self-manage and work independently.

In this exciting new role, you will have responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day administration of a strategic account portfolio, driving revenue through the accounts base and satisfying the needs of the client and customers and ensuring the positive promotion of Nuffield Health.

As our Strategic Account Coordinator, you will:
Manage the day-to-day administration of contracts from our portfolio of Corporate Health Assessment clients.
Ensure all contract details are entered into the booking system accurately.
Liaise with Contact Centre team to ensure accurate bookings for clients.
Handle invoice queries and liaise with the Finance Team.

Deal with queries that are sent by the corporate companies and where applicable handle them directly, liaising with other internal departments to create a response.

Deal with complaints and liaise with other internal departments where necessary.
