Job Description Alexander Steele are working in partnership with an established food manufacturer in North East Lincolnshire which are looking for an experienced Production Shift Manager.

Schedule Management:
Develop and oversee shift schedules to ensure optimal staffing levels, aligning with production demands and maintaining efficiency.

Quality Control:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold food safety standards and compliance with regulations throughout the manufacturing process.

Team Leadership:

Lead and motivate a diverse team of production workers, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance and achieve production targets.

Resource Allocation:
Efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to maximize productivity while minimizing waste and downtime.

Performance Monitoring:

Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate the team's productivity, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and implementing best practices to enhance overall operational efficiency and product quality.
