Customer Service Advisor

£24,000 + bonus

Redhill

Full time - permanent


A successful business that has experienced growth year on year is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fun and friendly team, where hard work and commitment are recognised.

You will be working as part of the successful Customer Services team and your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating directly with suppliers, building and maintaining relationships
  • Resolving issues and escalating where necessary with suppliers to aid prompt resolutions
  • Managing the daily back orders

Skills required:

  • A customer focused approach to work
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
  • Ability to build rapport easily
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a busy environment

Hours and benefits:
