    Strong salary plus shift allowance and further benefits4 nights, 4 off, 3 days, 3 nights, 4 off, 4 days, 6 offSingle site in Canary WharfNo call out, overtime available*Role is Deputy Shift Lead, supporting Shift Lead in running the team*Here at ISS, as one of the UK's premier Facilities Management (FM) companies we are now looking for x2 Shift Engineers to join our client's UK Headquarters facility in Canary Wharf.

    The client are in corporate banking, and this is a highly critical, corporate building, home to key electrical infrastructure and advanced Mechanical systems.

    Following promotions , we are looking to strengthen our shift team dedicated to maintaining the facility, by recruiting 2 Deputy Shift Leads.

    Here, you will support the Shift Leader in running the shift and assuming responsibility for visiting sub contractorsThis is a mixture of on the tools and admin work, and best suits a confident engineer, comfortable in taking ownership and accountability looking to develop into more of a leadership role.


    Actions will include:


    To carry out PPM in accordance with set schedules, ensuring engineering standards are maintained in order to maximise the operational effectiveness and reliability of the Plant and associated electrical systems.

    Adherence to set engineering standards in accordance with Health and Safety at Work Act (HASAWA) requirements.

    To ensure onsite Quality Assurance procedures are adhered to in all respects and to maintain accurate records/documentation associated with the electrical aspects of the PPM and plantTo co-ordinate initial actions associated with all requests from the client.

    Dealing with customer enquiries and complaints, reporting actions taken to line management.
    Undertake follow up actions required to resolve situational circumstances for which you have been authorised to undertake.
    Be an active participant in reviewing existing and implementing new techniques to enhance the service to our Clients.


    We need from you:
    Electrical qualifications and ideally exposure to a "critical environment".
