Our client is a Multinational Telecommunications Company. We are now recruiting for an Apprentice Fibre Planner to join their team in London.

The Position

Job Title:

Apprentice Fibre Planner


Apprenticeship Course:

Level 2 Telecoms Field Operative


Apprenticeship Duration:

Approx months + EPA


Location:

London, EC2A


Working Hours:

Monday - Friday pm but site work may require varied hours


Salary:

£21,000 per annum


Role Purpose

  • Civils and fibre
  • Fibre planning.
  • Planning equipment installation
  • Planning infrastructure routes through customer sites and data centres

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensures that customer promise times are met within set timescales and to agreed standards
  • Ensures all system records administrated accurately and on time.
  • Coordinates resource with colt internal departments to meet expected installation dates.
  • Place orders with suppliers, tracking and managing them through to delivery.
