Temp Credit Controller

Barna Shields are working with our client a well established company based in Eastleigh.

Free Parking

This is an immediate start position, for 3 months.

Monday to Friday hours per week - reasonably flexible on start times

This a great opportunity to work as part of a small, friendly and pro-active accounts team.

A team that is very easy to work with and they are looking for an experienced credit controller to join them.


  • Review and analyse customer accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
  • Process debits and credits accurately in a timely manner
  • Perform data entry for financial transactions
  • Managing the ledger
  • Chasing clients for payment
  • Updating accounts system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues related to credit control
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and payments

Skills:


  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, specifically credit control
  • Sage software preferred but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- must be able to commit to the full 3 months temp contract

This is a temporary position and we are acting as an employment business.
