Due to continued growth and expansion, we have an exciting, newly created vacancy in our Quality & Risk Team for a
Quality & Risk Coordinator to be based at our
Manchester Head Office in Sharston (South Manchester).


This is an exciting new role where you will be playing an important role within the
Quality & Risk department, working with a great team of people with a depth of knowledge and expertisepresenting a fantastic opportunity for learning and professional development.


As the Quality & Risk Coordinator, you will be supporting the Quality & Risk team in the development and monitoring of policies, procedures, and systems to ensure Diagnostic Healthcare provides an exceptional Quality & Risk service.


About Us:


Diagnostic Healthcare was established in 2004 and provides medical diagnostic imaging services of MRI, ultrasound, DEXA, CT, X-ray and CBCT to both NHS and private patients.

We deliver over 300,000 scan appointments every year from over 75 locations and are a trusted provider of services for both NHS and private patients.

As the Quality & Risk Coordinator,
you will be responsible for:

  • Liasing with internal departments and gathering and compiling the information needed for contract review meetings and tenders, complaint responses, ISO accreditation, and reporting at PSQR and team meetings.
  • Coordinating incident responses and supporting the department with collation of data for investigations.
  • Creating governance reports for various committees, coordinating the annual required risk assessment, and facilitating the annual policy review process
  • Coordinating businesswide governance communications and managing the document control process for DHC.

We are looking for somebody with:

  • Exceptional administrative and communication skills
  • Strong IT Skills including experience using Microsoft36
  • Experience preparing written reports and maintaining accuracy and attention to detail within a fastpaced environment
  • The ability to manage own time independently and to work effectively as a team player

Desirable Experience:


  • Previous experience of working in a
    patient safety role within the
    NHS or independent sector:
  • An existing understanding of risk management,
    patient safety & governance:
  • Understanding of
    NHS systems and processes and the relationship with the independent sector
