Do you have a recruitment background, working with Contracts and Compliance? Do you have experience of working with commercial contracts and identifying issues/Solutions? Do you have a clear knowledge of UK / Foreign contract law ?

Job purpose
Provide international compliance consulting services to our clients Support with contract reviews for agencies working with international end clients

Become an integral part of the team and help the business to develop and grow

Skills
Understanding the recruitment agency industry

Ability to manage a project from inception to completion

Experience reviewing industry specific contracts (agency, end user, contractor)

Understanding of international compliance legislation

Effective customer care skills

Excellent communication skills

Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining service

Personal Outstanding people skills

Clear communicator

Enjoys working as part of a team

Accuracy, pays attention to detail

Excellent time management

Proactive Interest in continuing professional development

Duties and responsibilities
Reviewing, drafting and revising contracts on a timely basis

Build templates and processes to support an efficient level of service

Compliance auditing

Compliance verifications

Answering compliance queries Keeping up to date with legislation changes

Compliance administration

Qualifications
University degree or equivalent work experience Contract law knowledge beneficial but not essential

Language speakers beneficial but not essential
