Sales Support Administrator - £20,000pa - plus various benefits.
We are recruiting for an ever growing, family run company based in south Liverpool. Working as part of a busy sales team, you will provide administration and general customer service support.
Our client are very staff focused, offer excellent benefits and development opportunities.
Assisting the busy team, your role will consist of
- Taking general calls, assisting customers, taking messages and dealing with general queries for the team.
- Take and record orders, update customer details.
- Pull together reports, stats, order details, any various administration / documents required.
- Support with after care calls to clients.
- Open new accounts.
- Building strong relationships with the clients.
- All other general administration as required.
Perhaps you have come from a retail or customer service role and are looking for a more administration based post? Or simply your next adminrole.
The role does require someone with strong IT, someone organised, great customer service, attention to detail and of course a willingness to learn.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.45pm - 5pm
Parking onsite.
