Associate Service Designer

From £ 350 - £ 400 p/d - inside IR35

Hybrid Multiple Locations

We are seeking an Associate Service Designer for our government client. The role is hybrid, based between 2 days a week onsite and the remainder of the week working remotely. Office locations include Glasgow, London or Milton Keynes, as preferred.

Security Clearance:
Security Check (SC)

This role is inside IR3- Due to the service of the role, it will now be based on an Umbrella solution.

Role Profile/Responsibilities:

Understanding user needs and assisting in designing services that meet them
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to understand user behaviour and feedback
Assisting with the analysis of research findings, data, critical thinking and concept generation
Planning and assisting with workshops to drive actionable outcomes
Supporting asis service design, analysing pain points within services, identifying improvement opportunities and assisting in providing design solutions
Using prototyping methods to communicate ideas and concepts with users to encourage collaboration and iterative design processes
Contribute to building an open and collaborative culture within and beyond the Directorate
Proactively focusing on continuous improvement of self and service, working with others to improve the user experience, simplify processes and improve efficiency of IT Services to enable the Government's diplomatic, development and consular work aroundthe world
