This is a very rare opportunity to join this top 40 law firm as a Project Manager within the Business Change function.

My client is a major law firm with offices all over the UK and is currently experiencing growth across the IT and Business change teams.

This is a fantastic new role for an IT / Business Change Project Manager to step into role which offers the change to take ownership of their change management offering delivering change to stakeholders and the technical team.

We are not necessarily looking for someone that's been involved with large volume projects, but more so someone that that has dealt with fewer projects and headed them from start to finish, while delivering the change.

The IT team has doubled over the last 2 years and the firm is still on a trajectory to sustain this for the next few years.

You'll be working for a well-stablished Law firm, who are keen to secure your expertise as the go to person for all IT Change related projects.

You will listen to the business case, understand why it's required, collaborate with the change initiator, assessthe impact on the business and understand the costs and then green light the change and help project manage the delivery.

It's a collaborative role and will involve a lot of internal "customer" liaison as well as dealing with and managing stakeholders.

We need a good people person, with strong communication and delivery skills.

The projects you shall be working on will cover both Agile and Waterfall processes, so we are looking for an individual who can decided on the best course of action for each change project.

If you have a blend of Change and Project Management experience and knowledge of Business Analysis, then this would be a great starting point.

The role is really flexible in terms of remote working with only 2 office days required a week
