We are proud to be recruiting a HR Manager for a values driven family-owned business based to the northwest of Cambridge.

Employing around 300 people in a production environment, this role will report to the Managing Director managing all HR activities for two sites.

You will be leading on operational (80%) and strategic (20%) HR activities for the business. This is an opportunity to help drive and shape the culture of this business alongside the senior leadership team. The role will be based on site 5 days a week.
