Role is based in Wakefield, working hours between 8am - 5pm, 16hours per week, Thursday and Friday.
Carry out clerical duties to support the Bus Station operations and team as directed by the General Manager and/or the Operations Manager
Support the Arriva Wakefield Management team to ensure effective systems and procedures are in place to meet the reporting requirements of the business and maintain effective internal controls.
Raising Purchase Order numbers for orders and maintenance works.
Request work be carried out as and when required by the facilities management company
Prepare and display Staff Notices and maintaining notice boards.
Management, control and reconciliation of petty cash.
Managing and investigating Driver shorts and overs and reconciling Driver on bus takings
Support continuous improvements through depot transformation.
Creating and maintaining the Drivers personnel files.
Investigating and responding Customer complaints using the relevant systems.
Accessing the Customer complaint system and updating where required.
Requesting and recording CCTV requests.
Typing up notes for meetings return to work interviews etc.
Assisting with the Investigation of accidents/Incidents and providing relevant evidence
Experience of working in an administrative role
Good communication skills
Good PC skills including MS Office
Ability to work to deadlines
Good oral, written and presentation skills
